From the A38

• From A38 into (Derby Ring Road A5111) take the A516 Uttoxeter Road from the (Ring Road A5111) towards City Centre. Follow Uttoxeter Road passing school on the right. 
• At next traffic lights (John’s Shoe Repairs) turn left into Old Uttoxeter Road. At Bottom of the hill take the first left into Parcel Terrace (large sign on corner for BUILDBASE). 
• Follow Parcel Terrace taking the second left opposite Hartley Boats. Continue on towards ‘M.A.B. Motors Ltd.’ follow road to the right through the large gates.
• Turn left after passing unit 11 and unit 1. Unit 2 is situated behind unit 1. 
• The car park is above and behind unit. 

From the City Centre/Nottingham side of Derby

• From The Pentagon Island follow the signs for Ashbourne A52 and Uttoxeter A516 signed Inner Ring Road. Pass Radio Derby on the right and Joseph Wright Centre on the left. Keep in right hand lane to next set of traffic lights following signs for A516 and A52. 
• Then take inside lane to next set of traffic lights by 'The Mile' pub and turn left into Old Uttoxeter Road following signs for A516. 
• Continue on over the bridge and take the next right into Parcel Terrace. (Large sign on corner for BUILDBASE). Follow Parcel Terrace taking the second left opposite Hartley Boats. 
• Continue on towards ‘M.A.B. Motors Ltd.’ follow road to the right through the large gates ’ 
• Turn left after passing unit 11 unit 1 Unit 2 is situated behind unit 1. 
• The car park is above and behind unit.
